Visual Basic class not registered error Vberror_133

Okay so i'd been having this problem for awhile, And a few others have also had this problem. I thought i better post this incase anyone else has the same problem...

Go into Tools, Options. Select "Show all Settings". Then go into
"Project and Solutions" and then into "General" - in there select "Show
Advanced Build Configurations" Close that down then go into "Build" then
"Configuration Manager..." Where it says "Any CPU", click the drop down
and select a New one. Chose x86 and then click OK. Close that down and
run again. It should work.
